Born in St. Louis, MO, 1978. Raised along the Mississippi River until age 13, then uprooted to San Diego, CA 1992. Graduated from Serra High School in 1996 and then went to Grossmont College in El Cajon, CA from 1996-1998. Transferred to Washing State University in Pullman, WA 1998-2002. Graduated WSU with a BM in Music Education - Magna Cum Laude. Moved to Downey, California upon to teach Instrumental Music at Warren High School, June 2003-present.
